Cancellation Policy
Consultations and Appointments
Cosmetic consults: please be aware that we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Failure to give proper notice will result in the full consult fee ($100) being charged.
Insurance patients: there will be $50 charge for failure to show for your scheduled appointment or providing less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
This policy is effective as of January 1, 2024.
