Sylvia Trujillo, Practice Manager
Sylvia Trujillo is the Practice Manager for Hill Country Plastic Surgery. Sylvia has been in the medical field for over 35 years. The last 25 years have been in the role of Practice Manager. She has worked in different areas of the medical field in her career, which allows her to provide all patients with an excellent experience of care. Her primary focus has been providing exceptional care for patients while maintaining a successful practice by cultivating a positive organizational culture. Originally from San Diego, California, she now calls San Antonio her home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, enjoying her grandchildren, and spending time with her family.
Lily Flores, Medical Assistant
Lily is the medical assistant at Hill Country Plastic Surgery. A San Antonio native, she holds dual degrees in Biology and Business Administration from Trinity University and is currently applying to Physician Assistant (PA) programs. Her healthcare experience spans several specialties, including urology, dermatology, and rheumatology, giving her a well-rounded and informed approach to patient care.
Lily is especially passionate about women’s health and is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care. When she’s not at work, you can find her baking, reading, or spending time with her lively crew of pets—which includes a German Shepherd, a mini-poodle, two cats, a bunny, and two birds.
Rhya, Surgical Coordinator
Rhya is a Registered Nurse with a strong healthcare background, including two years of medical school. As Surgical Coordinator at Hill Country Plastic Surgery, she supports the surgeons by managing pre-operative requirements and helping ensure a smooth, well-coordinated experience. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, golf, and reading.
Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, Rhya is committed to helping patients feel prepared and supported throughout the surgical process.

Ces, Patient Coordinator
Ces is a registered nurse and Patient Coordinator with a passion for patient care. With a background in critical care, she brings a calm, attentive presence, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail. She guides patients through their aesthetic journey to keep each step clear, comfortable, and well supported.
She loves getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident.
Outside of work, Ces enjoys traveling, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her dog. She is naturally curious and always looking for ways to grow, while creating positive, supportive experiences for every patient.

Tori, Receptionist
Tori is a dedicated medical receptionist and nursing student at WTA&M, with a ten-year military background. She brings discipline, compassion, and strong communication to every visit. Her long-term goal is to become a trauma nurse and continue caring for military veterans.
She loves being one of the first friendly faces patients see and setting a positive tone for each visit.
Outside of work and school, Tori is a proud mom of three who enjoys being nerdy with her kids and husband. She loves video games, reading, and anything Harry Potter—and believes laughter, curiosity, and connection matter in healthcare, too.
