Sylvia Trujillo Practice Manager

Sylvia Trujillo is the Practice Manager for Hill Country Plastic Surgery. Sylvia has been in the medical field for over 35 years, the last 25 years have been in the role of Practice Manager. She has worked in different areas of the medical field in her career, which allows her to provide all patients an excellent experience of care. Her primary focus has been providing exceptional care for patients while maintaining a successful practice by cultivating a positive organizational culture. Originally from San Diego, California, she now calls San Antonio her home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, enjoying her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

Emily Scheduling Coordinator and Medical Assistant

Emily Sumpter, Hill Country Plastic Surgery’s Surgical Scheduling Coordinator and our Medical Assistant. Emily is a Mississippi native who moved to San Antonio 10 years ago, and now calls it home. She is a highly experienced medical assistant who has spent many years in both general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is very knowledgeable in her field and has developed great relationships with the key people involved in the surgery scheduling process over the past 10 years. Emily is an avid cat lover and has future goals to expand her skills into the surgery setting. Emily has a calm, reassuring, compassionate approach to patient care and is always available to help.

Anna Billing Specialist

Anna Guzman is the Billing Specialist for Hill Country Plastic Surgery. Anna is a born and raised Texan. She has been a medical biller for over 10 years. She has experience with different specialties, with special training in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Anna is committed to helping patients through the insurance billing process. She is very dedicated to her family and enjoys spending her time sharing adventures in their company. You will find her to be very warm and welcoming to everyone. Anna is always available to assist you with your billing needs.

Ashley Medical Assistant

Ashley is the medical assistant at Hill Country Plastic Surgery. She has experience as a medical assistant and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Ashley is currently an undergraduate student on a pre-med track so when she isn’t studying, she loves to kayak with her friends and spend time with her family. Ashley hopes to gain as much experience in the healthcare field before furthering her education. She is dedicated to providing quality care to all of our patients by ensuring that patients feel comfortable and supported before, during and after their visits.
